The annual meeting will be held January 23, 2020 at 2:30 pm in the Calusa Room at the Westin – across from the entrance to the Westin.
This site is maintained by a volunteer, Ray Randlett, to provide an unofficial bulletin board for the residents of the Lake Homes at Tarpon Gardens.
A volunteer or volunteers is needed to maintain this site in the future as the Randletts plan to move out of the area in 2020. As it is a volunteer operation not connected with the Condominium Association or Home Owners Association, you will be free to modify it if you wish. For instance, one might add a page to list items for sale by owners.
The site is maintained by WordPress, a format that is relatively easy to learn and use. If you are interested, contact Ray at firstname.lastname@example.org or 239-540-2792.

Discussion and Vote on Approval of 2020 Budget and Reserve Plan – Art Ober
reviewed and discussed the 2020 proposed budget and reserve plan. The increase in
the Association assessment is due to the large change in the projected reserve cost to
replace the roofs on the sixteen (16) Association buildings. The Board then answered
any and all questions the owners had regarding the 2020 proposed budget. Steven
Sheinfeld made a motion to approve the 2020 proposed budget and reserve plan as
presented, seconded by Aldo Reti. With all in favor, the motion passed unanimously.
The monthly assessment for 2020 will be $480.00.
